Refund policy
At Pozyx, we take pride in delivering high-quality hardware and software solutions designed for industrial performance and precision. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, and documentation).

Software licenses, digital downloads, and subscription fees are non-refundable once activated or delivered.

Customized or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Return Authorization

All returns require prior approval from Pozyx.

To initiate a return, please contact sales@pozyx.io with your order number, reason for return, and proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
3. Restocking Fee

A 30% restocking fee may apply to returned hardware, depending on the condition and completeness of the returned goods.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a Pozyx error or defective product.
4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and applied to your original method of payment.
5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact Pozyx within 3 days of delivery.

Pozyx will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost once the issue is verified.
6. Exchanges

Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact sales@pozyx.io to discuss replacement options.
