Refund policy

At Pozyx, we take pride in delivering high-quality hardware and software solutions designed for industrial performance and precision. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, and documentation).

  • Software licenses, digital downloads, and subscription fees are non-refundable once activated or delivered.

  • Customized or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Return Authorization

  • All returns require prior approval from Pozyx.

  • To initiate a return, please contact sales@pozyx.io with your order number, reason for return, and proof of purchase.

  • Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

  • Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

3. Restocking Fee

  • A 30% restocking fee may apply to returned hardware, depending on the condition and completeness of the returned goods.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a Pozyx error or defective product.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and applied to your original method of payment.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact Pozyx within 3 days of delivery.

  • Pozyx will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost once the issue is verified.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact sales@pozyx.io to discuss replacement options.
